Grant Application Guidelines

Avon Education Foundation Helping Hands Grants are awarded to any ACSC employee up to $500 and support the purchase of materials, supplies, and other items needed for activities and programs that fulfill AEF's mission. The Avon Education Foundation exists to support creativity, innovation, and excellence within the Avon Community School Corporation by providing a structured mechanism of support from corporate and private partners. All grant requests are reviewed by a committee for eligibility. Examples of items ineligible for purchase by grant funds are specified in the application.

Employees are only eligible for one Helping Hand Grant per school year. Applicants must apply online through the form below and must have permission from the school principal or direct supervisor to apply.

School, grade, department, and group awards may be distributed as funding allows. If interested in applying as a school, grade, department, etc. please contact the AEF office via email to discuss- aef@avon-schools.org

All items purchased through Avon Education Foundation grants are the property of AEF and the Avon Community School Corporation.
